Bianca Gillanders is a professional Equine Leadership and Performance Coach with more than two decades of experience in horse and human education.
Working exclusively with troubled horses for many years, Bianca has developed incredible skills in foundation horsemanship training developing her ‘principles of leadership’ method which establishes a solid base of education and understanding in the horse, the key to real success in any field of equine performance.
Bianca’s coaching and training style is very much focused on empowering people, She will help you to unleash your inner strength, to take charge and express energy in a healthy way to work with your horse. It’s called equine performance leadership which very much concentrates on working with horse owners, teaching them the language of the horse, helping them to take on a leadership role which will completely transform the relationship with their horse.
Bianca is devoted to foundation horsemanship training and the results speak for themselves. Bianca has successfully competed in The Way of the Horse – Equitana 2014, Extreme Cowboy Challenge – Equitana 2016 and was a judge for Australian Brumby Challenge – Equitana 2016.
Although her main focus is on her foundation horsemanship program Bianca enjoys training for and competing in the two popular equine obstacle sports of Extreme Cowboy Racing and International Mountain Trail. These sports are a great way to test out your horsemanship skills.
Bianca conducts private lessons in the Macedon Ranges and at her training base at Clairemont Park in Springfield, VIC. Bianca travels around Australia sharing her knowledge and expertise and teaching her Foundation Horsemanship and Obstacle Clinics.
